What the Crap, FedEx (Again) !?

Thank you FedEx for leaving yet another package at the front entry without even bothering to ring the doorbell, even though the open front door clearly showed somebody was home to take delivery. You even get bonus points for also leaving it in a small puddle!

Way to not give a crap about the most basic absolute requirement of your service -- guaranteeing the safe delivery of what is being sent

You also get an "extra head bang to the desk in frustration" by having your CSR agent tell me you dont have to ring the doorbell when a signature is not required and claiming its the shipper's fault for apparently not asking for what anybody else would consider simple customer service.

A job well done, guys!
